“The body means a lot in a person’s feelings and thoughts. Likewise, thoughts and feelings mean a lot in the life of the body,” Vydūnas, a Lithuanian philosopher of the pre-war period, used to say.

The permanent rush and nervous strain of life often make us forget these simple things. Our bodies get sick and our souls tired. When the soul is restless, the body is left untended.

The mission of a physician is to be a reliable advisor on disease prevention and treatment. At the Medical Diagnostic Centre (MDC), one of Lithuania’s biggest and best-known private clinics, we try to create the best possible conditions for our patients and for the physicians working here, so that we can join forces for the purpose of being healthy or, in case of disease, urgently render medical services of the highest quality. Our patients often use the following phrases to describe the MDC and its services: professional physicians, kind and attentive nurses, top-quality services, super-modern medical facilities.
