1. Contact
If you would like to improve your health and get the treatment you need in Medical Diagnostic and Treatment Centre, to get all needed information, answers to your question and consultations, please contact us via: e-mail, skype or phone.
2. Treatment plan
By your preference, we will make your individual treatment plan and provide you with the quotation for the treatment. For this, we may need to get your previous examination results, X-ray, CT, MRI, blood test results, etc. You can send us this information via e-mail or skype.
3. Treatment confirmation
After exchanging all the details, your confirmation of the treatment plan and decision to come for the treatment, we will start to arrange your treatment on the date which is convenient to you.
The treatment confirmation and information about the preferred date of the treatment should be sent to us by e-mail.
Also, please inform us about your preferences for accommodation, transfers and leisure and we will arrange all this for you.
4. Arrival to Vilnius
On your arrival to Vilnius you will be met and transferred to the hotel, where you could comfortably rest or get involved in other activities.
5. Treatment procedures
On the planned day of treatment, you will be transferred from the hotel to Medical Diagnostic and Treatment Centre. Here all the planned procedures will be performed.
You may have a meal in the Centre’s café during the day.
6. Payment
Payment will be made only after completing all the procedures. We do not require any prepayments. If you decide to refuse any planned procedure, you won’t be charged for it.
We accept all major credit cards and cash in litas.
7. Treatment follow up
After the treatment, you will get all the recommendations about the further treatment and follow up. You can contact us if you have any questions or need any information.
We provide you the guarantee for the medical items used during the surgical and other procedures, for the term of the manufacturer’s guarantee. For all possible situations after surgical or other procedures, you can always contact us and we will solve the problem.
8. Leisure
After the completion of the treatment, you will be able to get involved in leisure activities, including city tours, travel in Lithuania, shopping, spa and wellness procedures, recreation at resorts, etc.
