Extended healthcare service
Medical Diagnostic Centre offers everyone who cares for his/her or family's health to conclude an Agreement of Extended Healthcare Services and use the service "Own health centre".
Medical Diagnostic Centre ensures that the signers of the Agreement of Extended Healthcare Services will receive an entire and overall healthcare:
- personal family doctor consults and assigns treatment at the Centre or comes over the patient's if the latter is unable to come to the Centre due to health problems; issues various certificates (necessary to receive driver's license or acquire a gun, as well as a certificate of preventive medical examination, etc.), writes out sick notes, recipes for reimbursed and non-reimbursed medicine;
- advice of required doctors-specialists;
- necessary laboratory examinations;
- necessary instrumental examinations;
- preventive medical examination.
Parents have the possibility to conclude a Healthcare Agreement for their children of up to one year and older. The Agreement ensures the signer will get pediatrician's advice at the Centre and at the patient's, also caregiver's services at the patient's, all grafts reimbursed by the state budget. If necessary, pediatricians of various specializations give advice, laboratory and instrumental examinations referred to in the agreement are performed.
All the laboratory and instrumental examinations are performed at the premises of the Centre; therefore, it is very convenient in case the patient feels bad, since he/she does not have to go to other healthcare institutions. Usually, examinations are performed and treatment is prescribed on the same day.
Having concluded an Agreement of Extended Healthcare and having paid a fixed annual fee, family doctor's or his/her appointed specialist's advice as well as a wide range of laboratory and instrumental examinations are for no extra fee.
If a person has concluded an Agreement of Extended Healthcare services and neither was ill nor applied the Medical Diagnostic Centre, he/she is recommended to have a preventive medical examination for free.
