Jolita Gelūnaitė offers individual and group physiotherapy activities in the gym and in water after an illness and/or trauma for patients from 15 to 60+ years old. She specializes in the treatment of patients who have suffered damage or injuries of the musculoskeletal system. She examines and evaluates the range of motion, muscle strength and endurance, and motor control.

Ms Gelūnaitė has gained extensive experience while working as a physical therapist at the Healthy Spine School, the clinic ‘Ypatingi žmonės’, the SPA and wellness centre ‘Trasalis’, etc. and with adults who have had spinal and other problems of the musculoskeletal system.

She has completed the Mulligan manual therapy course, a taping course, and has worked with the RedCord (Therapy master) system for more than 7 years. She is studying Maitland manual therapy and continues to extend her knowledge in professional development courses and seminars in Lithuania and abroad.

As part of her continuous professional development, Jolita Gelūnaitė regularly participates in training courses and conferences.

Topics of the attended courses and seminars: head, neck, and shoulder pain; a multifaceted approach towards back pain; spine and pelvis problems and their solutions; significance of the pelvic floor; myofascial pain treatment methods; significance of breathing; hip joint and knee joint rehabilitation principles, among others.

Jolita enjoys trying something new and interesting (skydiving, paragliding, hiking), goes to various classes (boxing, cycling, fitness, badminton, etc.), loves travelling.
