Dr Kacienas provides consultations to patients on all neurological disorders and orders the necessary investigations. He is a neurologist and a physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor. Dr Kacienas also performs manual therapy procedures.

Dr Kacienas specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of the causes of pain in the musculoskeletal system and manual therapy, which is a field of alternative medicine (osteopathy, chiropractic, manipulative medicine). He investigates the impact of manual therapy in the treatment of pain caused by various factors (headache, pain in the waist, hip, feet, pelvic areas), as well as the origins of somatic (physical) pain and its relationship with depression.

Dr Kacienas has extensive professional experience and a broad range of competences. He continues his professional development both in Lithuania and abroad.

1987-1988   Vilnius University Children’s Hospital, internship in paediatric surgery.

Since 2007       UAB SK Impeks Medical Diagnostic Centre, rehabilitation doctor.

Since 1999       Public Institution Šeškinės Out-patient Clinic (Vilnius), Head of physical medicine and out- patient medical rehabilitation department.

Since 1994       Public Institution Šeškinės Out-patient Clinic (Vilnius), doctor neurologist.
