Dr Kacienas provides consultations to patients on all neurological disorders and orders the necessary investigations. He is a neurologist and a physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor. Dr Kacienas also performs manual therapy procedures.
Dr Kacienas specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of the causes of pain in the musculoskeletal system and manual therapy, which is a field of alternative medicine (osteopathy, chiropractic, manipulative medicine). He investigates the impact of manual therapy in the treatment of pain caused by various factors (headache, pain in the waist, hip, feet, pelvic areas), as well as the origins of somatic (physical) pain and its relationship with depression.
Dr Kacienas has extensive professional experience and a broad range of competences. He continues his professional development both in Lithuania and abroad.
Dr Kacienas has been awarded Certificates of Appreciation for his active involvement in professional activities by the Board of Directors of the Health and Social Security Department at Vilnius City Municipality Administration, and by the Health Department at Vilnius City Municipality Administration.
