Has a large experience gained while working in the Cardiology and  Angiology Subunit of one the largest clinic in Lithuania – Vilnius University Hospital Santariškių Clinics.

The physician continuously improves her professional qualifications in Lithuania and foreign countries. She is a member of Lithuanian ans European professional cardiologists societies.

The physician has received acknowledgement letter of the President of Kazakhstan for the implementation of new methods for heart failure treatment.

Biography

1981–1987 curative medicine at Kaunas Medical Institute.

1987–1988 doctor of medicine internship in the field of therapy, Vilnius.

2009–2014 doctoral studies at Clinic of Cardiovascular Diseases of Vilnius University, Faculty of Medicine.

2015 defended doctoral thesis in the field of biomedical sciences “Assessment and forecasting of effectiveness of Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy”.

Work experience of doctor has been accumulated since 1988.

From 1998 doctor cardiologist at Centre of Cardiology and Angiology of Vilnius University Hospital Santariškių Clinics.

2002–2007 doctor cardiologist and head of inpatient department at Heart Surgery Centre.

From 2007 doctor cardiologist at Medical Diagnostics and Treatment Center.

1993 – courses “Clinical cardiology”, Department for Further Education of Doctors at Vilnius University, Faculty of Medicine.

Co-author of publications on cardiology: “Modern Recommendations on Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy: Experience in Vilnius Centre of Cardiology and Angiology”, “Imaging of Cardiac Adrenergic Innervation” and etc.

From 1998 a member of Lithuanian Society of Cardiology and Heart Failure Working Group.

From 2004 a member of European Society of Cardiology and Heart Failure Working Group.

A member of Lithuanian Heart Association and Lithuanian Society of Thoracic and Cardiac Surgeons.

2012 she received a letter of thanks from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Lithuania on 25th anniversary of the first heart transplant surgery in Lithuania.

2013 she received a letter of thanks from the President of Kazakhstan for her cooperation during the introduction of new surgical methods, treating heart failure.
