Dr Tutkus specialises in shoulder and knee joint surgery. He is a recognised expert in his field in Lithuania. Dr Tutkus was a student of Dr Vitkus, the founder of microsurgery in Lithuania.
Dr Tutkus has been awarded the Lithuanian National Prize for his achievements in the field of microsurgery.
