Viktorija Ruzgutė offers individual physiotherapy activities in the gym and in water for adults who have spinal issues or have had injuries.

Ms Ruzgutė evaluates the patient’s physical health: range of motion, muscle strength and endurance, balance, functional abilities. Based on the results, the doctor’s recommendations and the patient’s expectations, she designs a treatment programme which may include individual classes at the Centre and/or instruction and exercises at home.

Viktorija Ruzgutė gained her experience working independently as a private physical therapist, consulting patients who had pain in the cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacrum areas of the spine. She has also worked at the Lithuanians Sports Medicine Centre where she provided physiotherapy services to athletes.

She regularly extends her knowledge by participating in professional development courses and seminars.

Physical therapist

As part of her continuous professional development, Viktorija Ruzgutė regularly participates in training courses and conferences.

Viktorija loves the sun, warm breezes, stormy seas and dogs and cannot imagine her holidays without travelling and walks in nature. Her favourite thing is trying something new, especially more physical activities: indoor climbing or adventure parks, stand up paddle boarding, cycling, group workouts.
