Gynaecological and Urinal System Examination Program


1.
Visit to obstetrician-gynaecologist’s office

Case history of possible gynaecological and urinary tract diseases of the patient (anamnesis), examinations, discussion of test results, prescription of treatment, recommendations.

General blood test (incl. taking of blood specimen): • Automatic blood test (erythrocytes, leukocytes, haemoglobin, hematocrit, platelets) • White blood cell differential • Reticulocytes • Blood sedimentation rate

This test provide information on all blood cells, their distribution by size. This information is important for evaluation of the overall heath conditions of the body. The test helps to determine many different acute and chronic diseases.

Glucose level

Changes of concentration in the blood indicate diabetes, pancreas, liver, and kidney diseases, metabolic syndrome.
4.
Creatinine

The test is important for diagnostics of kidney diseases.
5.
Uric acid

In case of kidney diseases, increased level of uric acid is determined.

Urea

Indicated general function of kidneys.

CA-125 test

Primary diagnostic of ovarian cancer.

General blood test

Urine indices are determined, which enable to evaluate general condition of the body, function of urinary organs, metabolism disorders.

Preventive cytopathological test (PAP smear)

Evaluation of the risk of cervical cancer

Determination of the level of cleanness of vaginal flora

Prevention of inflammatory and sexually transmitted diseases.

Endoechoscopic examination of genitals (vaginal echoscopy)

Echoscopic examination of woman’s internal genitals: ovaries, ovarian tubes, uterus. Identification of uterus, ovary diseases.
12.
Echoscopy of uropoetic system with echograms (kidneys, urinary bladder, residual urine)

Identification of kidney, urinary bladder changes, diseases, pathologies.
