Gastrointestinal (stomach) and respiratory system endoscopy

Endoscopy means the internal examination of internal organs using endoscopes adapted for this purpose. During the examinations the condition of the organ and its mucosa is examined and evaluated. If necessary, a biopsy is taken, which is important for detecting the cancer cells of these organs. The examination includes therapeutic procedures: stopping bleeding, removing polyps, foreign bodies, and detecting Helicobacter pylori bacteria in the stomach.

At our centre, the gastrointestinal (stomach) and respiratory system are examined  using the state-of-the-art endoscopic equipment with extremely high resolution. When examining organs, doctors can see even the smallest lesions and pinpoint the disease.
