Functional aerobic capacity testing and lactic acid (lactate) test
Sorry, we are not providing the service temporarily.
The functional aerobic capacity test measures endurance – one of the most important elements of physical capacity responsible for our ability to continue with a certain intensity of physical activity without getting tired.
Based on the test results, the sports medicine doctor advises the patient on the intensity and type of physical workload, assesses the athlete’s training dynamics and the efficiency of their training programme, i.e. advises on frequency, intensity and duration of training and the types of suitable sports activities.
This testing is recommended for physically active individuals who seek maximum results without damaging their health.
Testing is performed by the sports medicine doctor.
The duration of the test is 30 min.
