Brigita Rušinienė offers individual physiotherapy activities in the gym for adults and children (from ~5 years of age) who have spinal issues or have had injuries. She specializes in the treatment of diseases and injuries of the spine and the locomotor system (hip, shoulder and other joints). She holds physiotherapy classes in the gym and in water for pregnant women and infants.
Brigita Rušinienė evaluates the patient’s physical health: range of motion, muscle strength and endurance, balance, functional abilities, the doctor’s recommendations and the patient’s expectations and designs an individual treatment programme with exercises to do at home or at the Centre with professional supervision.
Ms Rušinienė regularly extends her knowledge in professional development courses and seminars.
